Alison Fleming

Alison has qualifications in Hospitality Management as well as a Bachelor of Business (majoring in Human Resource Management and Public Relations) and comes with 15 years of HR experience in recruitment, HR Administration and HR generalist roles. Alison’s experience across a variety of key industries including hospitality, mining, and media, from small family run businesses right up to large global corporate companies, has fine-tuned her skills and knowledge, and has made her a versatile HR professional.  Her most recent experience was in a HR generalist role for one of the largest media companies in the world working with employees across all levels of Management in both regional and metropolitan locations.

Alison has a passion for building valuable working relationships with leaders and supporting them and their staff in their day-to-day operations. She is hard working and dedicated to educating and empowering leaders to implement practical and meaningful processes to better meet their business needs and in line with best practice.
